PROJECT MANAGER

To strengthen our team and to support our projects in Belgium and Luxemburg, we are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Project Manager.

Your experience and skills:

• You have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience in office, retail and/or hospitality related companies
• You have a previous experience in the construction industry as Architect, Interior Architect or Engineer
• You have experience with planning and budget management
• We are familiar with special techniques
• You have a creative and aesthetic flair for solving problems encountered on site
• You’re a team player
• You’re reliable and motivated
• You’re extremely client oriented
• You are fluent in French and a very good knowledge of English and/or Dutch is a plus.

 Your job:

• You work closely together with the team of architects and interior designer based in Brussels
• You report to our Build Manager
• You are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring its successful completion within the specified time frame, budget, and quality standards.
• You organise and follow up the tender phase of your project (contact suppliers, organise site visit, evaluate offers, prepare final offer for our client)
• You coordinate all fit out works during the build phase
• You coordinate with our design team and especially the project leader
• You monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• You communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes.
• Your mission is to give your client the best possible client experience throughout the complete process
