To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Communication Specialist who is passionate about design and communication.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Shake Design & Build, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and supporting our sales efforts through effective communication and marketing strategies. You will work closely with our CEO and Founder to execute marketing plans that highlight our projects and innovations. In this role, you will manage our online presence, coordinate content creation, and oversee marketing initiatives that ensure our brand is well-positioned in the market. If you have a passion for storytelling, graphic design, digital marketing, and interior design, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your experience and skills:

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferably within the architecture, design, or construction industries. A background in content creation or graphic design is highly valued.
  • Skills: Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in social media management and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge: Understanding of current digital marketing trends, social media strategies, and website content management. Familiarity with the interior design or architecture industry is an advantage.
  • Attributes: Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented. Good at client contacts and able to build strong relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in French, Dutch, and English are valued.

Your job:

  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), including content creation, copywriting, and visual editing.
  • Content Creation and Coordination: Collaborate with the architectural team to produce content that highlights our projects and achievements. Coordinate photoshoots, videos, and client testimonials for marketing purposes.
  • Brand Strategy and Promotion: In collaboration with our Marketing Agency, support the execution of our marketing strategy by creating promotional materials and managing our brand presence across multiple channels.
  • Event Management: Play an active in organizing client and team events, ensuring all marketing and communication materials align with our brand identity.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the design, project management, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all projects and promotional efforts.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing remains fresh and relevant.
